Policies
Shipping - Shipping charges are estimated at 10-15% of the total order amount. The minimum shipping expense will be $10.00. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier. UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. In such cases that freight exceeds 15%, you will be notified for prior approval before shipping.
Returns - In order to process a return. Please login to Order Status and mark the item as being returned. You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout.
You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts or Special order parts.
Warranty - Scion stands behind their parts for 12mo/12,000 miles. Engines and transmission may have up to a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Toyota/Scion dealership with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part.
